Core Values:
The core values that drives me in my life is for being Integrity doing what’s right even when its not easy. Integrity builds trust and keeps personal and professional relationships strong.
“A little progress each day adds up to big results”
I specialize in ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling operations, which includes carefully coordinating appointments, ensure to check-in the patient timely, and handling last-minute adjustments to minimize disruptions for both the team and patients. In addition, I focus on maintaining organized, up-to-date records to support both patient needs and internal workflows. My goal is to create a streamlined experience that reduces stress for patients and helps the team provide the best care possible.
As a patient care coordinator, what I like most about working here is the emphasis on teamwork and collaboration in providing exceptional care. I appreciate how every team member is dedicated to ensuring that patients receive the attention and support they need throughout their healthcare journey.
For patients, navigating the healthcare system can be confusing and frustrating, particularly when it comes to scheduling, understanding insurance limitations, and managing necessary paperwork. One issue I’d like to fix is reducing the stress patients face around scheduling conflicts and insurance-related constraints. Streamlining communication about insurance policies, automating reminders, or creating clearer guidelines could help alleviate some of this frustration. Anything that simplifies the process and provides patients with timely, clear information would make a huge difference!
