Ashley was born and raised in San Francisco, CA. She graduated from the University of Oregon in 2017 with a major in Human Physiology. She then furthered her studies at Lincoln Memorial University in Knoxville, Tennessee where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2024. She has now started her career with Rose City Physical Therapy.

With a passion for helping individuals improve their mobility and quality of life, Ashley has worked with a diverse range of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. She is committed to providing personalized care, focusing on developing customized treatment plans that align with each patient’s unique
goals and needs.

Ashley not only wants to treat the physical symptoms but also guide patients through the psychological, emotional, and practical aspects of recovery. She developed strong skills in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise prescription, and patient education. She is dedicated to empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery and improve their overall health and function. Ashley enjoys treating orthopedic and sports injuries as it involves a variety of techniques, from manual therapy to therapeutic exercises, each case presents a new challenge and opportunity for growth.

Ashley enjoys working and collaborating with her team to provide the best care for her patients, drawing on each other’s strengths and expertise. The supportive and dynamic environment fosters continuous learning and growth, making each day rewarding.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys exploring the PNW, trying new foods, and rooting for the Oregon Ducks (Sco Ducks) and all Bay Area sports teams.
